We are a well-established CA / CPA firm actively seeking both entry-level and experienced accountants in Dombivli and the surrounding areas. Our corporate headquarters are located in the United States, and we are currently building a strong presence in India. With a talented team already in place in Dombivli, we are now expanding to capitalize on exciting opportunities both for our firm and for you.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and accounting software entries.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare financial statements such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Generate financial reports for management, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities.
• Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, patterns, and discrepancies. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve financial performance.
• Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. Identify and resolve discrepancies and variances.
• Financial Software & Systems: Use accounting software and financial management tools to process transactions and generate reports. Recommend and implement system improvements or software upgrades.
• Tax Services: Prepare and file tax returns for individuals and businesses. Advise clients on tax planning strategies to minimize liabilities while ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional service, addressing inquiries, and identifying opportunities for additional firm services.
• Research & Analysis: Conduct research on accounting standards, tax regulations, and industry trends. Provide clients with informed financial insights to support decision-making.
• Technology & Automation: Utilize accounting technology and automation tools to streamline processes, improve accuracy, and enhance productivity.
• Continuing Education: Stay updated on accounting standards, tax laws, and professional certifications (such as CPA). Participate in continuous learning and development.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues on client engagements and complex projects. Mentor and support junior staff members.
• Quality Control: Ensure work meets firm quality control and compliance standards. Review team deliverables for accuracy and adherence to professional ethics.
