Jinal Shah Dattani is a Certified Public Accountant with an experience of 10 years in the fields of accounting and taxation. She is also a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
Prior to Dattani & Partners, she has worked closely with various experienced CPA firms in the New York City; edging her knowledge and skills in US taxation and accounting. Along with handling complex tax returns and accounting, she has experience in tax research and organization structure planning.
Prior to accounting experience, she has worked with Ernst & Young LLP & Baker Tilly as a Risk advisory Consultant for financial industry clients from countries like Malaysia, Ireland, Switzerland, UK and USA. She has worked with accounting firms enhancing her experience in accounting for start-ups, SME and trusts in the retail, trading and manufacturing, e-commerce as well as real estate business. She is our expert in transforming informal SME culture into formal organizational structure, streamlining processes and its documentation.

Hardik Dattani is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountant of India and a graduate in Commerce. In his quest of further broadening his horizons, Mr. Dattani came to the United States of America. Since then, he has been providing Tax, Financial and Management Consulting services in the New Jersey and New York Metropolitan Area. He has an expertise in the field of accounting and taxation of 12 years.
Mr. Dattani is a people’s accountant. He guides you through the confusing maze of taxes with the ease of an expert professional. His competence lies in understanding the overall business, financial and tax aspects. He has immense experience in different industries including real estate, startups, hospitality, health care, staffing companies as well as retail and wholesale businesses.
He also specializes in the areas of Individual Income Tax, Flow-Through Entities (S Corporations & LLCs), and Not-for-profit organizations based on this engagement with several high net-worth individuals and businesses. Over the years, he has become their trusted advisor for every key financial decision.
Prior to becoming the founder and member in Dattani & Partners, he worked with CPA firm in the New York City for 7 years and became proficient in Accountancy & Taxation.

Priyanka Gour is a graduate in Commerce with more than 7 years of experience in accounting and taxation.
She is our tax associate holding client’s hand throughout the filing season. She will guide you from documents needed to your tax calculations and deductions through tax e-filling. Got a business? Count on her to finalize your books in compliance to accounting and tax provisions.
Prior to Dattani & Partners, she was associated with accounting and taxation firms for 7 years. She also has experience in the fields of accounting, taxation and assessment cases under Tax laws. She also has experience in Inspection of Mutual Fund as per under S.E.B.I. under Indian laws. She has worked as Account Assistant in her earlier years. Her experiences in accounting, audit, taxation, and interaction with government representative is all you need.
DARSHANA RAGHU
ACCOUNTING EXPERT
Darshana Raghu has a Masters in accounting and has overall experience of three years. In her time with Dattani & Partners, CPA, she has gained valuable knowledge in preparation of various individual and business tax return including her expertise in 1040NR for F1/OPT students. She is proficient in QuickBooks. She handles year-end closing of books and is involved in resolving all the complex issues arising during closing season. Her quick and accurate accounting assists our client to close the books well within timeframe.
She is our expert with back-office operations including invoice processing, payroll services and other wide strata of work, reducing the burden from client’s shoulders to enable smooth flow of operations. With accurate data processing, timely invoicing and handling of payroll services, it is one less field to worry about for our esteemed clients.

Jiger Joiser holds a Master's degree in Accounting and is actively pursuing Certified Public Accountant. His responsibilities with the firm includes handling the preparation and submission of individual tax filings, ensuring the timely submission of payroll and sales tax returns on a quarterly and monthly basis. Additionally, he manages QuickBooks accounting to a diverse clientele across various industries.
